How to find a doctor to treat on a lien basis?

My gf was in an auto accident, and was not at fault. She also doesn't have insurance, health or auto. The other driver's insurance will eventually pay for medical, after a settlement has been reached. Her current doctor has stopped seeing her, primarily over payment. So now she has alot of pain, and no doctor. Every doctor's office I've spoken with is uncooperative when trying to get her in the door. What should we do?|||No|||Many cities have free clinics that provide basic services and also give referrals to Specialist which are free or reduced price but you have to show financial need.
